ETC Iris For Lync

ETC Iris delivers a core suite of Microsoft Lync 2010 client enhancements which extend the platform to address
the most common requests of our clients.  By integrating all of these features (Focus IM, Auto Reply, Repeat Replies, and Hotkey Dialing) into a packaged solution, we are providing a single offering which greatly enhances your Lync implementation.

    Focus IM: Brings the Lync conversation window to the front of all active applications, both when a new conversation is received, as well as when a new message is received on a current conversation.

    Auto Reply: Automatically replies to the first IM in a new incoming IM conversation with the defined message.

    Repeat Replies(only applicable if Auto Reply is enabled) Automatically replies to every incoming message on an existing conversation. (usually this would only be turned on for statuses like ‘away’ so that for every message someone types, they get a reply. If this was turned on for ‘available’ and you were trying to hold a conversation, Iris would auto reply to every single message you get from your contact, which can be very confusing!)

    Hotkey Dialing: Highlight a telephone number in any windows application (internet explorer, Microsoft word, Outlook, etc) and press F11 (hotkey will be configurable in very near future) and Lync will automatically place a call to that number.
