- UC Gateways including, Dialogic, Audiocodes and NET
- Rightfax Enterpise Fax
- Sagem Enterprise Fax
- FaceTime - IM archiving and e-discovery
- Mimosa - email archiving and e-discovery
Enabling Technologies provides the following support services:
30 days of free maintenance and 30-day free warranty (with the option to purchase further maintenance and support)
Time and Materials hourly support in absence of Maintenance contract
Maintenance
For customers that implement gateways and/or OCS, Enabling Technologies will provide maintenance coverage on the following:
• 8x5 or 24/7 Help Desk Support with live agent
• Remote software maintenance of the gateway itself plus patches, updates, minor and major releases (provided but not loaded)
• Providing a new gateway within 24 hours of failure, if needed (excluded from standard OCS 2007 R2 and Exchange UM maintenance offer)
• Remote software troubleshooting for all aspects of Server Role, including dial plans, and other functionalities
• Performance issues due to network or user PC issues are not covered.
