Microsoft Office Communicator Mobile is designed to extend the reach of Office Communications Server 2007 using Windows Mobile powered devices. Office Communicator Mobile has a look and feel similar to the desktop version of Office Communicator 2007 and ensures that access to the capabilities provided by Office Communications Server 2007 can continue when people are away from their desks.

Microsoft Office Communicator Web Access is designed to extend the reach of Office Communications Server 2007 to a broader base of information workers, requiring nothing more from a user than a Web browser. Office Communicator Web Access offers a similar user interface to the desktop version of Office Communicator 2007 and enables information workers who cannot take advantage of the desktop client to connect to Office Communications Server 2007.
