Customer Review

I would like to say that in over 18 years of working with many technology consultants, I have never worked with anyone as knowledgeable on Microsoft products as Vaylor. It's refreshing to see that there are still companies out there that have employees that genuinely care and want to see a project succeed. Vaylor has been nothing less than great to work with and I will recommend Enabling Technologies to anyone with an Enterprise Microsoft Voice project...

Enterprise Voice with Lync Server 2010 (formerly Office Communications Server R2)

Enabling Technologies has over 550 Microsoft Unified Communications deployments.  We can help you with any or all of the Lync workloads listed below:

Microsoft Lync Server 2010 - Ready for Primetime!

Microsoft Lync Server 2010 combines the telephony features of a traditional IP PBX with rich presence, instant messaging, and conferencing to improve communication and to lower costs. Users can access intuitive, powerful voice features—in the office, at home, or on the road—from phones, PCs, and desktop applications, while administrators benefit from a unified solution that is easy to deploy and manage. Microsoft Lync Server 2010 can replace or enhance your existing IP PBX system.

Traditional calling features

Provide all the features users need , including call by name, hold, forward, transfer, divert, park, retrieve, voice mail, and conferencing, and improve on traditional voice systems with presence, instant messaging, and SharePoint-based Skill Search.

Call Coverage

Make it easy to ensure that important calls are answered by administrative assistants or team members, via user-controlled Delegation and Team Calling respectively.

Call Queuing and Routing

Configure one or more Response Groups, with optional interactive voice response (IVR), automatic speech recognition, and synthesis, to intelligently route calls to helpdesks, hotlines, and other informal contact centers.

Choice of Endpoints

Deploy the right tool for the job—be it an IP or USB endpoint, or the Microsoft Lync Server 2010 or Attendant “14” soft-client—and save money in the process.

Anywhere access

Deliver high-quality voice and other features to users anywhere with an Internet connection—no VPN or third-party solutions required.

Use your network more efficiently

Use integrated call admission control to limit the Microsoft Lync Server 2010 voice and video traffic on constrained network links to help maintain a consistent quality of experience.

Deploy with confidence

Take advantage of data center resiliency options and survivable branch appliance products from Microsoft partners to provide highly available voice communications.

Support a safer workplace

Use Microsoft Lync Server 2010 Enhanced 9-1-1 with third-party routing services to automatically provide a user’s location during emergency calls and meet North American regulatory requirements.

Migrate at the right time

Maximize return on investment and minimize disruption by integrating enterprise voice with your existing IP PBX infrastructure using options qualified via the Microsoft Unified Communications Open Interoperability Program. Move users over time, and retire your existing PBX when you are ready.
