3 and 4 - Modular Messaging 3.0 System Administration Training

Modular Messaging 3.1 System Administration Training
This Modular Messaging Administration Course is an instructor-led course designed to promote an interactive, instructor-guided, hands-on learning experience for system administrators involved in the day-to-day use of Avaya Modular Messaging. It is designed for Clients with Avaya Modular Messaging administration responsibilities. The course includes initial MAS post installation tasks, daily ongoing administration, and diagnostics on the MAS.
The course consists of a blend of instructor-led discussions, guided activities, and lab activities designed with administration tasks in mind.
Upon completion of this course, participants should be able to:
- Administer the Messaging Application Server (MAS) software after the installation and initialization of Avaya Modular Messaging
- Support the enterprise by managing the ongoing administration of Avaya Modular Messaging
- Utilize diagnostics and reports from the Message Application Server (MAS) to maintain the integrity of Avaya Modular Messaging
- Understand Caller Applications and build real-life attendants
- Administer moves, adds and changes
- Understand how Modular Messaging interacts with the PBX in different configurations
- Troubleshoot common issues involving the server and clients
The course will provide System Documentation and Enabling Certification – not Avaya certification. Release 3.0 will be covered. The course will last Three (3) days from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Flight arrangements should be made with those class times in mind. The Location of the class is at Enabling’s Home office: 12226 Long Green Pike, Glen Arm, MD 21057 ( 10 minutes North of Towson, MD). Continental breakfast and lunch will be provided but other meals, lodging, flights, and transportation are at the attendee’s expense and discretion. There are no prerequisites for the course but the attendee should be technically savvy and responsible for some system administration. Due to limited availability and scheduling priorities, paid courses cancelled less than ten (10) days prior to the start of a course will not receive a refund. A signed Purchase Order or Credit Card is required to reserve a spot in the course and will serve as your registration.
