Mike Short - Northeast Sales

Mike has been with Enabling for over 6 years. He is such a great salesman that he has been winning trips to Hawaii ever since!

He enjoys running, golfing, and traveling with the family. One of his personal accomplishments this past year was successfully completing three Full Marathons -- Long Island, Philadelphia, and Washington DC.

Patrick Borka - Project Manager

Patrick has worked in the following industries in a technical capacity:

- HealthCare (Radiology)
- Manufacturing and Distribution
- Advertising
- Consulting
- Mining (Was a blaster before I found computers)

He enjoys being with his family, photography, motorsports, and watching Jerry Springer.

Gina Harkins - Office Manager

Gina is the most organized of the Enabling Crew!

She makes sure all things are running smoothly. She enjoys coaching Cheerleading ( with Bonnie also from the Enabling team) and watching "The Tudors" on Showtime.

Mike Annen - Senior Support Engineer

Mike Annen is our Senior Support Engineer who specialty is Exchange and Email archiving solutions. He routinely gets many accolades from support customers for getting to the bottom of the problem quickly and efficiently. Mike enjoys hot rods and spending time with his wife and daughter.

John Miller - Senior Messaging Engineer

John is a Messaging Engineer with almost 25 years in the IT Industry. He is an holds MCSE-Security, CCNA, Security + and several other certifications. He received his BA in Politics from Brandeis University and MBA from Adelphi University.

A Yankee now living south of the Mason-Dixon line, John is an aviation enthusiast and volunteers at the Carolinas Aviation Museum. When not chasing planes or conducting tours at the museum, he rides his mountain bike and plays ice hockey.

Joanne Murphy - CFO and V.P. of Finance

Long-time employee of Enabling. Now CFO and V-P of Finance. Really enjoy cooking and big time fan of Tom Jones.

Excited about the growth of Enabling in these last 13 years as well as the anticipation of continued future success.

Jason Vest - UC Engineer

Jason is our resident Lync and Faxing Guru. He always goes one step beyond to satisfy our Microsoft UC clients.

Mike enjoys hiking, making beer and drining red wine. He'll be tying the knot with his long time honey Laura this summer!

Ellie Vollerthum - VP Marketing

Ellie joined Enabling when it started to grow rapidly in early 2000. Her former careers included pharmacutical representative and Biology teacher.

She has her undergraduate degree in Biology and Business Administration from Gettysburg College and Masters from Johns Hopkins.

She enjoys her two boys: Evan and Cameron as well as golf and red wine.

Freddy Gettman - CPA Accounting Supervisor

Freddy joined Enabling back in 2003. Her expertise in State taxes and auditing has been invaluable to Enabling.

She enjoys cooking, shopping and martinis.

Jim Gilmer - Support Manager

Jim Gilmer is the Customer Support Manager, leading a team responsible for day to day customer satisfaction and troubleshooting. He brings 15 years of IT experience to Enabling, with previous work ranging from engineer to Network Manger for both national and local corporations.

A native of Southwest Pennsylvania, Jim is a die-hard Steelers fan who proudly sports black and gold smack dab in the middle of Ravens country. When he’s not busy celebrating Pittsburgh’s latest Super Bowl and Stanley Cup triumphs, he focuses on being a dad to twin boys and spending time with his wife.

Chris Stegh - Chief Technology Officer

Chris Stegh leads the project management, implementation engineering, and customer support functions of the company. He is responsible for the company’s service offerings, delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Prior to joining Enabling, Chris had been the Practice Leader of the IP Telephony and Emerging Technologies practices at Avaya. He has also been a Managing Consultant and network engineer focused on optimizing and deploying multiservice IP networks.

Chris enjoys golfing, auto racing, rock concerts, and being a dad’

Bonnie Shipe - Process Manager

Bonnie is the happiest member of the Enabling Team!

She is the original "enabler" and makes stuff happen! She is the proud mother of two girls and cheerleading coach with Gina Harkins.

Patrick Schweiger - Senior Support Engineer

Pat is our resident poker (Texas Hold 'em) expert when not helping out clients with their messaging problems. He enjoys playing basketball, fishing, hiking, and being a Ravens fanatic.

Demitri Patsilivas - Director of Sales

Demitri has over 12 years experience in the IT industry in both sales and management roles. He cut his teeth in this business at the advent of the shift from TDM to VOIP systems in the Commercial/Enterprise market.

He enjoys drinking scotch, smoking cigars and is always seen around Chicago in the best restaurants.

Pam Novak - Finance - Senior bookeeper

Pamela is the Senior Bookkeeper and collection specialist with Enabling. Mother of 2 fantastic children, Pamela enjoys riding her Harley, country line dancing and spending time with her family and friends.
