Chatbots on Microsoft Teams are an easy way to provide answers to frequently asked questions by users. The Teams Adoption Bot comes pre-loaded with answers to many common questions about using the features in Teams and can be optimized with custom topics and trigger phrases that are specific to your company’s users. The Teams Adoption Bot can handle up to 250 topics and can escalate questions that cannot be answered by the Bot to a team of adoption support specialists such as your Champions team, for 1:1 assistance for the requestor in a Teams chat conversation.

Chatbots on Microsoft Teams are an easy way to provide answers to frequently asked questions by users. However, most chatbots fail to engage with users in a meaningful way because there is no human in the loop when the chatbot fails to answer a question well.
FAQ Plus bot is a friendly Q&A bot that brings a human in the loop when it is unable to help. A user can ask the bot a question and the bot responds with an answer if it's in the knowledge base. If not, the bot offers the user an option to "Ask an expert", which posts the question to a pre-configured team of experts to provide support. An expert can assign the question to themself, chat with the user to gain more context, and add the question to the knowledge base by using a messaging extension so that the next user to ask that same question will get an answer from the chatbot!

From Damaged Property to Depleted Supplies, any type of issue template that your team needs can be deployed through Issue Reporting. The app package includes workflows that manage the reporting, review, actioning, and resolution of issues and maintains a log and reporting dashboards.
Visitor Management – as we return to the workplace, it is more important than ever to manage visitors to your office. The Visitor Management app allows staff to create visitor requests and track the status through a dashboard, and get notified when a visitor arrives on site.
Staff Check-In – this Power App enables oversight and communication between on site and field or remote staff. Staff can check in on and ad-hoc or scheduled basis, and include notes and attachments. Reminders and automated workflows allow distributed teams to stay in touch and on track with daily activities and reporting.

The CoE establishes auditing of Power Platform activity and equips Leaders and IT to establish guardrails for citizen developers to stay within the organization’s boundaries for governance, security, and sanctioned standards.
