A professional American soccer team called on us to help provide solutions to a handful of challenges that they were facing.
Their Mitel PBX couldn’t keep up, they needed the ability to customize and scale without running into any issues. We developed an implementation strategy for moving them to Skype for Business. This enabled a more cohesive communications platform integrating with Office 365.

While listening to the executives in the planning and design session, we discovered that Enghouse would increase customer insights and further their integration with Dynamics 365 which in turn results in a more streamlined ticket sales process. They chose the Enghouse Touchpoint solution based upon its seamless integration with Skype for Business, the Screen Pop ability and the Call Whisper feature. The team saw that they were not only able to sell more tickets, but the purchasers were more satisfied with the new process. This was perfect timing because the team went on to win the MLS championship that year in 2016!
They decided to issue all employees Apple iPhones so they could eliminate BYOD issues. As such, they needed a Mobile Device Management solution and asked Enabling for our recommendations and help.
Enter EMS. With the kick-start of a little funding from Microsoft to try it out, we were able to implement the Enterprise, Mobility and Security Suite to all employees. We setup Intune for their iPhones, but also configured features from Azure AD including Group Based License Management, Seamless SSO via Azure AD Connect, Azure AD Identity Protection, Azure AD Privileged Identity Management, and Azure MFA with Conditional Access. Azure Information Protection was setup and configured, Advanced Threat Analytics, Cloud App Security with Continuous Logging as well.
Executives wanted the peace of mind knowing that the necessary steps were taken to prevent any data leakage or malicious attempts at the network. They needed an all-encompassing suite of security tools to protect not only their endpoints, but also the data passing through their networks. Microsoft's Enterprise Mobility Suite resolved these issues.

Enabling and the Team are currently implementing PhishHunter, our automated threat protection which combines Microsoft Security Tools with Enabling Intellectual Property to limit their exposure to Phishing and automate remediation.
Because they know their users are their last defense, they utilized our STAR service: Security, Training, Awareness and Reinforcement. This program continues to educate their users about how to protect themselves from hackers' attempts at phishing and other forms of attacks.
